Irish Times listed a planning decision to refuse Panther Catering Ltd permission at The Millhouse, 1 Lower Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan, for demolition of the pub and development of 78 apartments, a pub, retail units, basement car parking, and associated works.[2] Irish Independent reported in 2012 that Panther Catering was seeking permission for a 980sq m retail unit in a major revamp of the Millhouse pub site in Stillorgan.[3]
