Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref 1006999 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for THE LIGHTHOUSE at 88, 88A AND 88B LOWER GEORGES STREET, DUN LAOGHAIRE in County Dublin with THE WINDY ARBOUR INN LIMITED as licensee.[1] The Irish Independent reported in 2018 that CBRE was seeking offers over EUR750,000 for The Lighthouse public house at 88 Lower George's Street, Dun Laoghaire, and that the premises was previously known as Weir's.[2] The same report described The Lighthouse as a two-storey over-basement, red-brick-fronted licensed premises with a ground-floor lounge bar, first-floor function room, basement kitchen, stores and customer toilets.[2]
