Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref 1002238 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for THE JOBSTOWN HOUSE at BLESSINGTON ROAD, TALLAGHT in CO. DUBLIN with JOSEPH KILBRIDE AND SONS LIMITED as licensee.[1]

In 2005, the Irish Independent reported on a case in which a Traveller family lost a claim against Jobstown House after alleging they were refused service.[2]

In 2020, the Irish Independent reported that a pub worker from The Jobstown House in Tallaght urged Dublin residents to act to curb rising Covid-19 cases, in the context of government restrictions on pubs and indoor dining.[3]
