Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref N0304 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for THE CARNAGIE COURT HOTEL at EAST SIDE OF NORTH STREET, & EXT ATT & ADJ WITHOUT AREAS DE-LICENSED PER PLANS LODGED IN COURT, SWORDS in CO. DUBLIN with BOOGRAN LIMITED as licensee.[1]

Irish Independent reported in 2016 that Savills was marketing the Carnegie Court Hotel in Swords with a EUR4.75 million guide price.[2] The report described the hotel as a modern 36-bedroom, three-star property close to Dublin Airport, purpose built in 2001 and with planning permission to convert existing areas into 35 additional bedrooms.[2] It also said the property included The Harp bar, The Courtyard restaurant, and the 400-capacity Rouge nightclub.[2]
