Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref S0307 as a Publican's Licence (Ordinary) Hotel - BF - 1902 Act (Public Bar) for HADDINGTON HOUSE at 9,10,11 AND 12 HADDINGTON TCE, DUN LAOGHAIRE in County Dublin with HH SPIRIT LIMITED as licensee.[1] The Irish Times reported in 2016 that Fla Larkin ran the Haddington Hotel at the foot of Dun Laoghaire's East Pier.[2] An Coimisiun Pleanala case PL06D.307300 records Haddington House, 9-12 Haddington Terrace, as the subject of a planning appeal for development in the front garden of a protected structure for a cafe/bar, under Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown case D20A/0034.[3] The Irish Independent reported in 2019 that Oliveto had moved to the former Kingston Hotel, renamed Haddington House, and that Fla Larkin was three years into a five-year hotel renovation programme.[4]
