Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref S0265 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for DUNPHYS at 41 LOWER GEORGE'S STREET, DUN LAOIRE in CO. DUBLIN with THOMAS DUNPHY as licensee.[1] The Irish Times reported that David Stephens was caught again shortly after release from Dun Laoghaire Garda station when an alarm went off at nearby Dunphy's Pub on Lower George's Street in January 1998.[2]
