Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref 1010478 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for DEERPARK HOTEL AND GOLF COURSES at DEERPARK HOWTH ESTATE, HOWTH in CO. DUBLIN with WSHI UNLIMITED COMPANY as licensee.[1]

Fingal County Council's amenities directory lists Deer Park Hotel & Golf Courses at Deer Park Hotel and Golf Club, Howth, and describes the complex as combining four courses, with a main 18-hole parkland course plus two 9-hole courses and a 12-hole par-3 course.[2] Irish Times golf coverage in 1997 described Deerpark Public Golf Courses as a Howth pay-to-play venue whose popularity once led some golfers to arrive at the hotel car park around 2 a.m.[3] In 2025, The Irish Times reported that An Bord Pleanala upheld permission for a four-storey, 142-bedroom hotel scheme at Deerpark but excluded the proposed new access road and reduced the car park to 101 spaces.[4]
