Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref S0406 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for BAKERS CORNER at KILL O'THE GRANGE, AND PREMISES ATTACHED AND ADJOINING, ROCHESTOWN AVENUE, DUN LAOGHAIRE in CO. DUBLIN with BAKER FORGE PROPERTIES LIMITED as licensee.[1]
Irish Independent reported in March 2018 that CBRE was guiding EUR4.75 million to EUR5 million for Bakers Corner and the adjoining Forge investment property at Kill O'The Grange, Dun Laoghaire.[2] Irish Independent reported in October 2018 that Baker's Corner on Rochestown Avenue had been acquired by a consortium supported by Loyola Group for more than EUR5 million.[3] Irish Times reported in 2024 that Baker's Corner had returned to the market with a EUR7 million guide and full planning permission for a purpose-built student-accommodation scheme with 276 bed spaces, including a pub and two ground-floor commercial units.[4]
